Chef’s Note: "With this blend, we aimed for total balance. For a chef, a fruit component needs to be clean. We used a heavy, full-bodied Assam black tea to provide weight, and let the peach finish provide the lift. It’s comforting, clean, and incredible either hot or iced—our favorite 'front porch' steep."

Chef’s Pairing Suggestion: Pairs exceptionally well with a Warm Biscuit and Honey Butter or a light Pecan Sandy cookie to highlight the tea’s nutty, buttery finish.
